Conditions for Exchange/Return

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

Return Process

Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order
Once approved, ship the product back to us at the provided address
Refunds will be processed as store credit or as per your original payment method (excluding shipping charges)
